The Board of Directors of Gallant Venture Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce the following: -
(i) the appointment of KCK CorpServe Pte. Ltd. as the Company's Share Registrar in place of Lim Associates (Pte) Ltd with effect from 1 June 2007.
(ii) the address of the Company's Share Registrar and the place where the Company's Register of Members and Index is kept will be changed to 47 Hill Street, #06-07A Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Building, Singapore 179365 with effect from 1 June 2007.
(iii) the Registered Office address of the Company will be changed to the said address with effect from 1 June 2007.
