- 200 Ha of land allocated for development of International Golf Course
- 300 Ha of land allocated for development of Bintan Educational Hub & Medical Center/Tourism

- One of the most anticipated projects in Bintan after the Lagoi Bay Development
- Located at the north side of Bintan Island
- Consist of apartments/villa, lifestyle, resorts hotels and cruise marina
- Have more than 10,000 room keys

| Bintan International Airport and MRO facilities |
- Phase 1 Development
- Development of single runway and one terminal, which be integrated to a regional ferry terminal servicing surrounding islands, including Singapore and Batam
- Development of MRO center as part of the 177-ha Bintan Aerospace Park to be located near the existing Bintan Inti Industrial Estate
- Development of dedicated township to cater to the working community in the Bintan Aerospace Park
